The opportunity to meet the public outside of the practice, presented itself this November weekend. Despite a very windy start to the weekend, people turned out in their thousands to the Living North Christmas Fair at Hardwick Hall hotel, near Sedgefield.
While people flocked by day, to do their Christmas shopping and taste some of the delicious samples on some of the food stalls, they were surprised to be offered the chance to chat with two off duty dentists.
The chance to take advantage of the Christmas offer of £150 for tooth whitening, may have been a good conversation opener, but once people got to know us, the questions came flowing out. We answered many hundreds of questions regarding all matters relating to teeth and dentistry, from the many cosmetic solutions we offer, to the convenience of being able to park outside the practice for free!
We were surprised to find out how many people still do not visit their dentist regularly as they are scared and intimidated by the whole event. Many of the people we chatted to were delighted to hear that dentistry has changed dramatically over the years and that gentle dentistry is our middle name.
At Belmont Dental Practice we understand that the relationship we have with our patients is even more important than the exceptional clinical standards we have. If you have not had the opportunity to visit us yet, feel free to give us a call and arrange to come down and have an informal chat and look around and get a feel for the place, to see how we could improve things for you.
